Tiffany Jones Designs ship to more than 40 countries around the globe. Prior to delivery to the recipient, the shipment may be subject to the customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges of the destination country. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility.
Shipping
All international orders will be shipped, with no additional charge, via FedEx International Priority. Please note that the arrival times listed on our website apply only to shipping in the Unites States. Restrictions
Some countries don’t allow shipments of jewelry or diamond. For example, they might allow you to import a loose diamond but not a diamond ring. Please note check your country customs authorities restriction for suggested merchandize.
Insurance
Your order will be fully insured and from the minute it leaves our office to the minute it arrived to you. Protection will be provided by a premier global insurance company for all orders shipped internationally. Order Payment
Tiffany Jones Designs accepts payment only in United States Dollar. We don’t accept other currencies.

Custom, Duties and Taxes
Customs authorities in your country may impose customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges to your international order. These additional charges required for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. When your order arrives at customs, FedEx or the customs office will contact you directly to arrange for the payment of any charges that may be due.
The table below shows estimated duty and tax rates. Please be advised that Tiffany Jones Designs has no control over these charges. The actual amount charged by customs may differ from the rates below. Some custom authorities will ask you to arrange for a private broker to clear from custom or to fill release forms. Please contact your local customs office for further details. You can also visit your country custom website for more information.
Customs authorities in your country might opening and inspect your package. Furthermore, information about your order, shipment and products will be attached with your package; this is part of the customs clearance process.
Returns
To help ensure you make the right choice, we offer a very flexible return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange.
Please note: The recipient is responsible for working with the local authorities to resolve any GST tax issues. If a GST refund is required because an order is returned or because an exchange, repair, or resize order is assessed GST tax, the recipient is responsible for following the procedures necessary to request such refund. Tax assessment and refund decisions are made by the local authorities and are not controlled by Tiffany Jones Designs. Tax refund requests may take up to 30 business days to fulfill.
