30-Day Return Policy
Making a jewelry purchase is a big deal, especially when you are selecting an engagement ring. We want you to be sure that what you bought is exactly what you want. Our 30-day return policy gives you plenty of time to gather opinions from friends and family about your purchase and make sure you made the right decision. If for any reason you are not satisfied you can return your item in its original condition, within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange.
We do NOT refund:
Shipping, Handling and Insurance charges on return international shipments.
Customs Taxes & Duties on return international shipments.
Engraving or Laser Inscription fees.
Custom designed jewelry (special order) that we altered or personally made according to a client’s designs.
Color Enhanced Diamonds custom-made by Color Process upon a client’s request.
A 15% restocking fee may be charged on:
Eternity bands and tension rings that cannot be resized and must be completely remanufactured.
Engraved items that we personally engraved according to a client’s request.
Return Process
Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized (by a jeweler other than Tiffany Jones Designs), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns with no Tiffany Jones Designs return code, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.
How to return your order?
To return an item, simply follow the Return Procedures listed below:
Contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-988-5145.
Advise the representative that you wish to return your order, you will be given a Return Authorization Code.
Package your order include all original packaging and collateral material. If your item was delivered with a diamond certificate and that certificate is not returned, you may be liable for the $200 replacement cost. For security reasons, do not write Tiffany Jones Designs anywhere on the outside of the box.
The box used to return the item must be new. We cannot accept a return sent from used boxes.
Your order should arrive in our office in two business days (excludes weekends and holidays).
All refunds will be processed within two weeks and done in the form of the original purchase method. Bank wires will be refunded via company check.
Improperly packaged items Items sent to our office without a RAN number, packages shipped beyond the 30-day return period, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.
Damaged and Used Items Returned merchandise must be undamaged and in "new and unused condition." Items showing obvious signs of wear or alteration by a jeweler other than Tiffany Jones Designs will not be accepted.
You must follow these instructions, failure to do so will prevent the processing of your return. If you have any questions about our return procedure, please contact us at info@tiffanyjone.com. Tiffany Jones Designs will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
